- Virtual Coaching with Sherene includes a one-time start-up cost of $250 (waived w/ Contour Light purchase), and an individually determined number of weekly weigh-ins at $75 ea to reach goal.Packages include a custom-designed protocol based on the Evolve180 plan, health screening, program training and materials.Specialized food and supplements will be available but not required.
Ideal Protein with Karen Anderson RN includes a one-time start-up of $525 which includes a 60-min health intake, program instruction & materials, and the first week of food / first month of supplements.
Ongoing coaching is included with price of food and supplements - which range between $125 - $160/week.
GLP-1 Assessment & Management

Meet with Jennifer Lynn, ARNP, for an initial assessment and ongoing management* of GLP-1 Medication for weight loss.
Initial Assessment
$175 - 30-min expert consultation, a written prescription (if determined to be medically appropriate), and tips for sourcing safe, affordable medications.
Ongoing Management
$100 - 15-min monthly follow-up visits to monitor progress, adjust, and guide.
Clients are required to be on Ideal Protein during GLP-1 therapy to support healthy metabolism.
